We are pleased to announce our involvement as the key sponsor of the Chatham House Climate Change 2021 Conference, taking place 24-25 June. The event will welcome an international audience of policymakers, senior business leaders and climate experts to explore some of the key themes of COP26, including what the next steps are to ensure effective international climate action that is equitable, ambitious and enables society to adhere to the 1.5-degree pathway.
As part of the conference, Richard Hewston, our Climate Risk Director will take part in an expert panel on Risk and Adaptation, including Emily Shuckburgh OBE, Director, Cambridge Zero and Saida Muna Tasneem, the High Commissioner of Bangladesh.
The panel will take place on June 24th at 15.30 UK time and will assess how we can measure climate risk and how to incorporate resilience to these risks in forward planning.
Climate Change 2021 is being held as part of London Climate Action Week and is freely open to everyone.
