The Corporate citizenship glossary is an introduction to over 40 concepts that are important to corporate citizenship and corporate social responsibility. Concepts that are covered include:

• Corporate citizenship that involves relationships 'internal' to a company - including collective bargaining, discrimination, equal opportunities, forced labour, freedom of association, the SA8000 standard and safety issues;
• Corporate citizenship that involves relationships 'external' to a company - including HIV/AIDS, human rights, local communities and partnership;
• Corporate citizenship that involves the relationship of the company with the 'environment' - including biodiversity, climate change, emissions trading, the ISO14001 standard and the Kyoto Protocol.
